My experience with Benjamin Franklin was great!! Service call scheduled within 12 hours of my original call. Cody arrived promptly on time, evaluated the situation. It was determined hot water heater needed to be replaced. He provided quotes and once I decided which model, he immediately tackled the job. A new (upgraded) unit was delivered and 2 hours later I had a beautiful unit and hot water!! Cody was friendly, professional and thorough. Would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin and Cody for plumbing issues.

I was looking to replace an old water heater, and the process was fast and easy. Cody was very nice, professional, and thorough. I did not feel any pressure to make a decision when he came out to give me a quote (but appreciated knowing they'd be ready to install immediately if needed), and when I called back a few days later the person in the office was very nice and got my installation scheduled for a day later that week that worked for me. Cody came back out and got my water heater installed within a few hours and without much disruption to my day!

Cody did an amazing job! He was here before his expected time. He was honest, thorough, and efficient and provided exceptional service! Nick and his whole crew did such an amazing job! They were all so polite and kind while they worked and Nick made sure to update me on everything along the way so I understood exactly what was going on. Couldn’t have been a better experience!

Tyler and Chase were courteous, polite and very professional! My faucet was leaking and had very little water pressure when using the hot water. Tyler Explained step by what procedures they were taking and why! Even installed my shower head. I would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Thank you for your prompt service!

Cody did a great job installing the water heater. The space was small where it was needed so he had to go to the warehouse but still he was fast and professional. The wait was a bit long (called Monday installed Friday) as far as the company goes but that was most likely due to the cold weather and frozen pipes elsewhere in the community. The other thing you should be aware of is the company does not offer a warranty. The woman i spoke with said, "If a part breaks soon we have the manufacturer replace but labor is extra." I generally prefer to work with folks who guarantee their work. But that wasn't possible in this care. Cody also was very sweet with my dogs and even gave the puppy Newfoundland some much appreciated head-pats. 10/10 he is a great guy!

Cody V was absolutely fantastic! Came late at night during an emergency, was on time, charged reasonable prices, and expertly fixed our shower (which I had tried to fix myself!). Update: we used Ben Franklin again for sink and toilet work. Dustin was excellent and even helped us get the massive, heavy new toilet up our twisting staircase. Thank you, Dustin!

Cody did a great job at my house. He unclogged a sink and fixed the drain that was leaking. He was efficient and fair, and he let me know what the cost would be before doing the work. Additionally, he recommended that I talked to a restoration company for the wet drywall from the leak and was able to refer me over to one.
